We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Regional Sales Support Executive, to support the sales team and enhance customer relationships by providing exceptional customer service and efficient order management.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer accounts, assisting with sales procedures, and troubleshooting customer issues. This role includes tracking orders, investigating shipping concerns, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management & Sales Coordination:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts within the designated region.
- Manage and respond to customer sales inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.
- Collaborate with the operational team to coordinate and ensure on-time delivery of orders.
- Sales & Negotiation:
- Negotiate and close sales deals, addressing customer concerns and resolving complaints effectively.
- Handle objections professionally to foster long-term customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Order Processing & Fulfillment:
- Prepare and process customer orders, including pricing quotations and stock availability checks.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage incoming and outgoing shipments to meet sales targets.
- Issue Proforma invoices, confirm shipment schedules, and communicate key updates to customers.
- Customer Communication & Support:
- Provide customers with product pricing, stock availability, and order status updates.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transaction details.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Coordinate closely with the logistics, 3PLs and Accounting teams to ensure smooth shipment and invoicing processes.
- Prepare and manage essential documents, including purchase orders, pick lists, invoices, and inventory checklists.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Generate Bi-weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
- Track and report on product information updates, pricing changes, and distribution of sales materials.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in business administration, marketing or sales or other professional qualification
- Proven experience in sales coordination, account management, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Good shipping acknowledge will be advantageous
- Good administrative (70%-80%), organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building lasting customer relationships.
- Proficiency in using MS Excel.
- The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines
