Position Summary

Samsung’s Southeast Asia and Oceania Regional Headquarters manages 8 subsidiaries that represent billions in annual sales. From our flagship smartphones to wearables, Samsung delivers cutting-edge innovation to consumers across the region.

As the Regional Mobile Samsung Care+ Manager, Mobile Experience Business, you will support the growth of Samsung Care+ across Southeast Asia and Oceania.

Samsung Care+ offers mobile care plans with Samsung Galaxy devices, providing peace of mind against accidental damage and breakdowns. This program aims to retain value and foster loyalty among Samsung mobile users.

You will work closely with the global Samsung Care+ team and regional counterparts to grow awareness and sales, expand channels, and develop innovative solutions and programs.

Role and Responsibilities
  1. Lead account management with key insurance provider relationships, including partner engagement, sales reviews, negotiations, contracts, and co-marketing.
  2. Explore new sales programs and revenue models with partners.
  3. Manage new initiatives from concept to performance tracking, including market research, program development, pilot testing, and scaling.
  4. Coordinate cross-functional teams across sales, legal, finance, service, retail, and channels.
  5. Communicate with global and local teams, report updates, and present program performance to senior stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in sales or business development in carrier/retail, electronics/mobile manufacturing, or device insurance.
  • Understanding of mobile care and customer service repair programs.
  • Knowledge of retail and carrier operations.
  • Experience with insurance companies or third-party administrators.
  • Negotiation and partnership management skills.
  • Familiarity with mobile OEM supply chains and refurbishment markets.
  • Ability to navigate organizations and drive initiatives.
  • Strong relationship management skills.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strategic experience in mobile category preferred.
  • Experience in strategy consulting or internal strategy groups preferred.
