The successful candidate will join the South-East Asia (SEAsia) Regional Sales Planning team in SIA's Sales & Marketing Division.
Key Responsibilities
Provide rigorous and data-driven planning, performance management, pricing, and analytics for the SEAsia stations.
Distribute the annual station passenger revenue target to the key Origin and Destination (ODs) at the stations.
Execute sales steering analysis and assign sales targets to the corporate & agency sales teams and grow revenue on assigned ODs.
Implement appropriate pricing strategies to match market demand and grow overall revenue for assigned ODs.
Partner sales and marketing teams to develop initiatives to drive growth in specific market segments, corporate accounts and agency accounts.
Develop effective distribution and channel management in the assigned SEAsia markets.
Perform regular ODs analysis and ensure that SIA maintains relevant revenue contribution for the key market segments in the rapidly changing market environment.
Execute regular review and analysis of the contribution of top corporates and agency accounts on the key ODs.
Drive productivity and standardisation of reports and data presentation for the team and stations.
Requirements
Possess a university bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in Business/Marketing.
Prior experience in airline inventory and pricing management is an advantage.
Experience in Sales & Marketing jobs, with data analysis background, is preferred.
Able to build and maintain open and trusting partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
Able to multi-task, work under pressure, and highly motivated to achieve optimum results.
Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good planning and organisation skills.
