Regional Sales Planning and Analytics Manager #AKT

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute accurate demand forecasts, ensuring optimal inventory levels to meet market demand
  • Lead the SIOP (Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning) process, participating in monthly consensus meetings with sales, finance and supply chain teams
  • Analyze inventory trends and implement strategies to reduce excess stock, improve turnover rates, and mitigate supply constraints
  • Act as a liaison between sales, operations and commercial customer service to address demand-supply imbalances, optimizing availability and revenue generation
  • Analyze pricing elasticity and competitive trends to inform strategic pricing decisions
  • Conduct profitability and margin analysis to identify portfolio enhancements and revenue optimization opportunities
  • Prepare and present business performance reports, highlighting revenue drivers, market risks, and growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with sales, finance and marketing leadership to align Go to Market strategies and optimize sales plans

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business / Engineering
  • At least 7 years of experience in demand planning, sales planning.
  • Experience in commercial pricing analytics, promotional analysis, and profitability modeling
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills with a solid understanding of P&L managemen
