Responsibilities

• Manage & expand existing accounts in both local & Asian markets.
• Aggressively source and secure new accounts and business.
• Maintain good, professional working relationship and effective communications with existing, new customers and all internal departments, affiliate offices and partners.
• Perform any other job related duties as assigned by immediate superior.
• Responsible for tender negotiations, contract and cross trade functions.
• Respond to customers’ needs, enquiries and complaints.
• Handle Sales and Marketing duties with suppliers in Asian region.
• Provide consultation and recommendations to customers based on their needs and requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Other duties as assigned.
