Your Mission

As our Regional Sales Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind Philips Audio & Accessories sales—expanding market reach, unlocking new opportunities, and ensuring our brand dominates shelves (both offline and online).

What You’ll Do

Crush Sales Targets – Drive revenue and profitability while optimizing stock levels, aging inventory, and receivables.
Build Winning Strategies – Develop and execute sales plans to boost distribution, visibility, and product mix.
Power Up Key Accounts – Strengthen relationships with major retailers while expanding into untapped markets.
Turn Data into Action – Analyze market trends, forecast demand, and deliver sharp insights to leadership.
Lead & Inspire – Manage a lean, high-performing team (sales reps & promoters) to deliver results.
