Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with BLMs and Customer Center GM to define VSS revenue, margin, share, and penetration targets; coordinate measurement and report achievements.

  • Contribute to Customer Center strategy by developing infrastructure and resources, driving implementation of new VSS products, and leading marketing campaigns regionally.

  • Oversee regional pricing policies and discount management to balance market share growth with profitability, in line with global and Equipment BL guidelines.

  • Support sales teams, service staff, and partners with marketing collateral, training materials, and value proposition communication to effectively sell VSS services.

  • Define and execute integrated service and equipment plans for key customers, including performance-based service contracts with financial modeling and outcome tracking.

  • Gather and analyze data on installed base, competitors, and Voice of Customer to inform strategic decisions, enhance service offerings, and gain market advantage.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in relevant discipline or equivalent management experience in lieu

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a marketing, product management or other commercially oriented role in a Service business or Equipment sales B2B environment

  • Strong relationship development skills

  • Strong inter-personal, influencing and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to communicate in a clear and structured manner through a variety of media
