Job Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth in the Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand region.
Key Account Management: Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Sales Targets: Achievement of individual and team annual sales targets.
Team Leadership and Performance: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Profit Margins: Profitability of Business Units product sales and overall profit margins.
Market Analysis and Penetration: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
Sales Reporting: Monitor and conduct weekly report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Budget Management: Manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, such as marketing, customer service and product development, to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
Training and Development: Provide training and support to the sales team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
Travel: Travel within the region to meet with clients and attend industry events as needed.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the linear technology or related industries.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
