Job description
Identify/Secure new business opportunities & strategically convert potential clients into long-term partnerships
Serve as the main contact person to address concerns & provide outstanding service delivery. To build and foster strong relationships with all customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention & incremental business growth
Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with organisational objectives to achieve revenue and profitability KPIs
Perform in-depth market research to uncover trends, evaluate competition & propose actionable strategies for market penetration. And to stay updated on industry regulations, trade practices & economic trends impacting the freight forwarding sector
Provide accurate sales forecasts, performance metrics & market insights to Senior Management
Effective communication with internal departments (i.e. operations, logistics, customer service teams) to provide seamless services
Job Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent
5-6 years’ B2B sales experience in freight forwarding industry
Possess strong knowledge in Air and Ocean Freight will have added advantageous
Require to travel overseas frequently based on business needs
