Job description

UP TO $10,000 (Depends on experience) + AWS + VB

Mon - Fri / 9am - 6pm

Office Location: Suntec

Logistic Company - MNC

Min 3-5 year of experience with Freight Forwarding Sales (MUST)

Prior regional exposure and experience managing a sales team is preferred

Your Role, Your Influence:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the freight forwarding sector through targeted sales strategies and market insights.

  • Proactively engage and convert potential clients into long-term business partners.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure high levels of satisfaction, client retention, and sustainable revenue growth.

  • Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring timely issue resolution and high service standards.

  • Conduct market research to analyze trends, assess competitive activity, and develop strategies to penetrate new markets.

  • Stay up to date on regulatory changes, global trade practices, andeconomic trends that may impact business operations.

  • Create and implement regional sales plans aligned with company objectives and revenue targets.

  • Work closely with internal teams (operations, customer service, finance) to ensure seamless delivery of freight solutions tailored to client needs.

  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, performance reports, and market feedback to senior management.

  • Conduct and attend client meetings, trade shows, and industry events to promote the company’s services and grow the regional network.

  • Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirement:

  • Diploma or Degree Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field

  • Min 5 years of experience in freight forwarding sales with proven success

  • Prior regional exposure and experience managing a sales team is preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of air and sea freight forwarding solutions, market dynamics, and customer expectations

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools

  • Willing to travel regionally as required
