Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead a team of managers and front-line sales representatives in promoting and selling life insurance policies directly to clients.   1. Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales managers and front-line sales representatives to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
