Dolce & Gabbana, a leader in the world of luxury fashion, for its in-house Beauty Division, has an exceptional career opportunity available in Singapore for a talented Regional Sales Manager, APAC. Join the brand in its new venture and come and work in an exciting environment, favorable to audacity and creativity.

The Regional Sales Manager will play an important role in executing the sales strategy for the APAC Region. Reporting to the APAC Sales Director, you will partner closely with Distributors and Retailers across 24 APAC countries to drive the distribution and profitability for Dolce & Gabbana Beauty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build collaborative partnerships with APAC Distributors and Retailers to execute the APAC sales vision and grow 3-axis distribution, productivity and profitability across APAC
  • Engage with Distributors in annual Joint Business Plan negotiations
  • Methodically collate, track and interpret sales KPIs to ensure clear and accurate understanding of Dolce & Gabbana’s performance across APAC
  • Collaborate with Marketing function and Distributors to plan seasonal/annual launch and brand plans. Ensure close follow up from planning to execution to sales tracking stages to ensure flawless and on-brand execution
  • Actively manage and update regional assortment and pricing to ensure consistent brand execution and maximize Sales opportunities
  • Manage supply and shipment plans with Supply Chain function to ensure alignment to annual Marketing and Sales plans

Work with Headquarter guidelines to:

  • Develop optimal solutions between Global Practices & Regional/Local needs for best business outcomes
  • Ensure Sales & Profit Targets are met as per budgets

Key Requirements:

  • University Degree
  • 8+ years relevant Account Management experience including experience managing Distributor and Retailer relationships at an APAC Zone level
  • Beauty industry experience and strong affinity for Luxury Goods
  • Highly competent in Sales fundamentals; planning, closely tracking performance, adapting and modifying, building recommendations and executing flawlessly
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills both internally and externally; ability to build connections, partnerships, and influence to deliver results
  • Customer focused with expertise understanding Partners’ and their customers needs
  • Highly entrepreneurial with a ‘start-up mentality’, at ease working with ambiguity and within a lean support structure
  • Passionate and motivated by delivering and tangibly seeing results along with a strong ownership mindset
  • Strong understanding of APAC cultural diversity underpinned with experience working with multiple markets across APAC
  • Able to work independently and confident navigating complex and ambiguous scenarios
  • Creative thinker with solution orientated mindset
  • Analytical thinker, comfortable managing and analyzing financial and market data and strategically aware
  • Strong negotiating acumen
  • Excels in collaborative work and thinking
  • Fluent in English (written and oral conversation)
  • Knowledge of the Italian language will be a plus
