Job description

The Regional Sales Manager reports to Country Sales Manager. He/She is responsible for the overseas sales and commercial partnership for the distributor accounts under his/her portfolio. He/She is tasked to optimize value for the product through the distributor markets by building strong sales relationship, driving visibility and distribution excellence, monitoring sales progress, marketing execution and overall account management. He/She interacts with the distributors and develops close working relationship with Marketing, Service and SCM, thereby executing the different job functions relative to business operations. He/She is responsible for managing the Sales of the Export Markets as well as communicating the business direction from senior management effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Targets: Define and meet annual sales targets for value and volume, ensuring consistent growth across markets.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with distributors to create and implement sales and marketing strategies, documented in a "Sales Calendar."
  • Market Expansion: Identify and manage a network of agents/distributors, focusing on market penetration and effectiveness.
  • Campaigns: Develop and implement sales ideas and campaigns based on market seasonality.
  • Market Visits & Product Launches: Organize market visits, launches, and trainings, with 2-3 visits per market per year.
  • Risk & Inventory Management: Monitor AR, sales risks, and channel inventory sell-through rates.
  • Distributor Engagement: Lead bi-annual roundtable meetings for market development and growth.
  • Consumer Care: Work with distributors on consumer care to expand market reach and distribution.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's or higher in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
  • Experience: At least 3 years in regional sales, ideally with TV + Soundbar, IT, or electronics products and distributor management.
  • Skills:
    • Strong relationship management across multiple levels.
    • Sales-driven mindset with commercial acumen and regional consumer trend insight.
    • Excellent independent management of sales objectives, multitasking, and planning.
    • Proficient in communication, negotiation, and presentation.
    • Team player with a capacity for frequent travel.
