Regional Sales Manager Singapore,Singapore (SG)Mission
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for leading and driving the sales performance of Nano's Compressed Air Treatment and Industrial Gas product lines across the assigned region through an indirect channel model. This role involves the strategic development, management, and support of distributors and resellers to expand market presence, achieve sales targets, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Sales & Business Development
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue, growth, and market share targets in alignment with the company’s overall goals.
Identify and appoint new distributors/resellers in underserved or high-potential areas to expand market coverage.
Organize and lead field sales visits and joint customer meetings with distributor teams to promote Nano solutions and close deals.
Develop regional action plans to generate leads, convert opportunities, and improve sales funnel performance.
Support new product launches and marketing campaigns through distributor engagement and customer-focused promotion activities.
2. Distributor Management
Formulate and implement regional distributor management strategies to enhance partner capabilities and performance.
Monitor and analyze distributor performance (e.g., product range sold, order intake, forecast accuracy, and market coverage) and develop tailored support plans.
Guide and support distributors in addressing technical and commercial issues, escalating when necessary.
Conduct regular business reviews, sales performance evaluations, and forecast updates with each distributor.
Evaluate underperforming distributors and implement corrective actions or re-alignments where needed.
3. Coaching & Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and coach distributor sales teams to build their technical and commercial competencies.
Conduct structured training and performance development initiatives to enhance productivity and drive growth.
Encourage best-practice sharing across distributors to create a high-performing regional sales network.
