Job description

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies, channels and partnerships to drive business growth and achieve sales targets within the region.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, customers, and logistics partners.
  • Conduct Market analysis to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies based on market trends and competitor activities.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, set individual and team objectives to build and lead a high-performance team.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s customer base and market presence within the region.
  • Manage the regional sales budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and monitoring expenses to optimize profitability.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Work collaboratively across sales and marketing teams to secure sell-out and drive issues to a resolution that impacts product management, development, sales, support, pricing, etc.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the senior management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in IT/Semiconductor Distribution or related B2B industries.
  • Strong knowledge of semiconductor products, components, and distribution channels.
