We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager who understands the Network Service Providers' requirements, environment, and has organizational competency to join our team. In this role, you will support and report directly to the Regional Sales Director, driving sales strategy, building client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of regional sales objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Meet individual sales goals
- Manage day-to-day sales operations within the assigned accounts, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals
- Develop and nurture relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with the technical team to deliver tailored solutions
- Provide regular reporting and sales forecasts to the Regional Director
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic planning
- Implement sales programs by developing field sales action plans and business initiatives
- Lead RFP responses and coordinate with Presales, Vendors, and Partners to complete RFPs
- Responsible for Account Receivables collections
- Coordinate with pre-sales, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and contract procedures
- Achieve revenue targets and promote growth within your assigned territory
Requirements:
Experience & Knowledge
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (communications, etc.)
- 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a regional role, preferably in solution integration or the technology sector
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong understanding of solution sales, systems integration, and digital transformation
- Good networking within the Telecom Industry
