Role Description

SCHNEEBERGER Linear Technology is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead, manage, and expand our sales activities in the Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand region. This full-time role offers the opportunity to develop innovative sales strategies, manage key accounts, build strong client relationships, and achieve ambitious sales targets. Qualifications

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the linear technology or related industries.
  3. Skills:
    1. Strong leadership and team management skills.
    2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing successful sales strategies.
    4. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
