A leading agricultural firm in Singapore is looking for a Sales Manager to develop regional sales strategies and manage a sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, proficient in CRM tools, and a Bachelor's degree. Responsibilities include tracking sales performance and maintaining client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities:
· Sales Strategy and Planning:
· Develop and implement regional sales plans to achieve company objectives.
· Set sales targets and quotas for individual team members and the region.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
· Analyse sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify areas for growth and improvement.
Sales Team Management:
· Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives.
· Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.
· Coordinate sales efforts with marketing and product development teams.
Client Relationship Management:
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and other stakeholders.
· Address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly and effectively.
· Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
· Track sales performance against targets and budgets.
· Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
· Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
Inventory Management:
· Work with distribution partners to ensure adequate inventory levels to meet customer demand.
· Coordinate logistics and delivery of products to customers.
Product Knowledge:
· Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services.
· Communicate product information and benefits to customers.
Budget Management:
· Develop and manage the regional sales budget.
· Monitor expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.
Skills and Qualifications:
