A leading company in Singapore is seeking a Sales Executive to manage dealer accounts and lead a team of Sales Promoters. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background in retail, with responsibilities including strategy development, sales performance tracking, and team leadership. Job Description
We are seeking a resourceful and results-driven Sales Executive with hands-on experience managing dealer accounts and working with retail promoters. The ideal candidate has a strong sales background in Singapore’s retail market (B2B and/or B2C) and is confident in building relationships and driving sell-through. Candidates without export experience are welcome to apply — training will be provided.
Responsibilities
Lead and oversee a team of Sales Promoters.
Develop and execute sales strategies in coordination with the marketing department.
Contribute to monthly sales vs order planning meetings.
Monitor and track sales performance of dealers and promoters.
Assist in sales forecasting, reporting, and sales-related administrative tasks.
Build strong, long-term relationships with appointed Dealers/Trade Partners.
Manage, implement, and monitor sales targets for Dealers/Trade Partners to achieve assigned sales targets.
Attain the company's monthly and yearly sales budgets and targets.
Provide product knowledge and support to customers when required.
Support export sales activities and coordination with overseas distributors when needed (training will be provided).
Qualifications
Singaporean only.
Candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience in key account management are encouraged to apply. Fresh graduates with relevant internships will also be considered.
Mandarin speaking is required so as to converse with Mandarin-speaking distributors while on business travel to China and Singapore.
Diploma/Degree in business management or any related field.
Strong negotiation & problem-solving skills.
Possess a high level of commitment and a strong sales-driven mindset.
Independent, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Exhibit leadership qualities and willing to go the extra mile.
Possess Class 3A Driver's license & own vehicle.
Willing to travel overseas occasionally.
Additional Information
Season parking will be fully covered by the Company.
Transport allowance will be provided.
