We are hiring a Sales Engineer, MSSP to own the technical relationship with Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs). You will work with your sales partners to provide pre-sales enablement and technical support for AlgoSec's growing strategic partnerships to drive sales of AlgoSec products and services.

Reporting to: Regional Sales Engineer Director

Location: Bangalore, India (Home office)

Responsibilities:
  1. Define and deliver approved solution architectures and Proof of Concepts.
  2. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and coaching to MSSPs and their clients regarding the implementation and maintenance of AlgoSec solutions.
  3. Assist in developing and implementing an AlgoSec practice within top-tier MSSP organizations.
  4. Interpret and prioritize customer development requests, influencing product strategy based on stakeholder needs.
  5. Act as a subject matter expert and the face of AlgoSec for MSSPs and their customers.
  6. Advise sales teams and partners on optimal architecture for customer deployments.
  7. Collect and relay customer requirements to the Product team.
  8. Support project objectives, schedules, and deliverables in collaboration with Project Management & Professional Services teams.
Requirements:
  • University Graduate in engineering.
  • 7+ years of pre-sales experience in enterprise selling.
  • Experience in structuring MSSP offerings around software products.
  • Good understanding of the security technology market (firewalls, IDS/IPS, SDN, Compliance, Policy Orchestration).
  • In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP v4, routing, and firewall policies.
  • Experience with LDAP and RADIUS for authentication services.
  • Proven success in winning competitive PoCs.
  • Proficiency with Windows and Linux systems.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to create complex solutions.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
