Job Brief:

We are seeking an accomplished and dynamic Regional Sales Director/Manager to lead our expansion efforts across the Greater China region , focusing on attracting high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra high-net-worth (UHNW) Chinese families seeking world-class education opportunities in Singapore .


As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships, and building long-term relationships with affluent clients who demand excellence, personalization, and exclusivity.


This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of international education for elite clientele while operating within a boutique, high-touch environment that values integrity, discretion, and exceptional service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute regional sales strategy to attract and convert HNW/UHNW Chinese families interested in premium education pathways in Singapore .
  • Identify and acquire new clients through targeted outreach, referrals, and relationship-building with private schools, wealth advisors, family offices, and luxury networks.
  • Manage and close complex, high-value sales cycles with affluent individuals and families, providing consultative guidance tailored to their aspirations.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders including wealth managers, concierge services, private banks, and educational consultants .
  • Develop and mentor a high-performing sales team focused on delivering exceptional client experiences and achieving ambitious revenue targets.
  • Design and implement data-driven sales plans aligned with business objectives, ensuring consistent pipeline growth and accurate forecasting.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the elite international education sector .
  • Represent the company at exclusive events, private salons, and VIP networking functions across the region.
  • Prepare performance reports, track KPIs, and lead monthly reviews to ensure continuous improvement and accountability.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and client services to ensure seamless delivery of premium student recruitment solutions.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s degree, or professional diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations , or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in consultative sales for high net worth individuals and/or families , preferably in education or immigration
  • Demonstrated success in managing large, complex deals with high-net-worth clients.
  • Strong network of contacts within the Greater China region , particularly among affluent families, private institutions, and luxury service providers.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to build trust and rapport at the highest levels.
  • Proven leadership experience managing high-performance sales teams and driving results in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities, capable of interpreting market dynamics and crafting winning sales strategies.
  • Culturally sensitive, discreet, and comfortable working with elite clientele who expect privacy and personal attention.
  • Mandarin fluency (spoken and written) is essential to liaise with Chinese clients; English fluency is required
  • Frequent Travel to Mainland China is required (Up to 80%)
  • Have a network of UHNW or HNW chinese national individuals
