Job description

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a Sales strategy to surpass revenue and client acquisition goals. Drive Sales Excellence and lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a strong pipeline of new business for the local Large Market, MNC, and SME segments working with Health Solutions sales colleagues.
  • Collaborate with local market sales and regional colleagues to identify and leverage opportunities to increase new business via supporting the conversion of prospects into clients in conjunction with appropriate local market and regional colleagues (RBM, IPLs, etc.).
  • Drive consistent delivery of Aon Health Solutions client experience, value proposition, and tailored solutions to meet client needs.
  • Manage responses to large market tenders and develop quality presentations by working with relevant country and regional expertise. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.
  • Monitor market trends and competition to adapt sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Mentor and support local sales teams, providing guidance on best practices and techniques.
  • Contribute to strategic sales planning to shape regional business direction.
  • Develop Aon United opportunities by ensuring local colleagues demonstrate strong Aon IQ and an ability to solve client needs, focusing on Health, Wealth, and Human Capital Solutions. Facilitate Aon United sales activities across solution lines and collaborate with Enterprise Client groups, SAMs, and sales colleagues/services.
  • Follow Aon sales process protocols, including defining sales strategies, maintaining accurate pipeline reports via Aon Connect, and adhering to marketing and branding standards.
  • Participate actively in the Commercial Council and local sales forums.
  • Assist the Asia Commercial Leader with regional sales and pipeline meetings to identify key multi-market opportunities.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Participate in local country sales forums (OpCos) as required.
  • Contribute to the regional Commercial Office & Council.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by your manager and Regional Leadership Team.
  • Contribute to Health Solutions Asia initiatives and leadership forums.
  • Connect Asia country teams with regional colleagues to bring the best of Aon to clients and prospects.
  • Maintain professional development through Aon University and industry licensing or educational requirements.
  • Adhere to the Aon Leadership Model (ALM) behaviors.
