On behalf of our client, we are looking for a strategic and driven Regional Sales Director to accelerate business growth across Southeast Asia. This leadership role is instrumental in expanding cross-border payment network adoption and shaping new revenue streams. The ideal candidate thrives in high-growth environments and possesses strong expertise in financial services or digital payments across regional markets.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute sales strategies that align with regional growth objectives and corporate priorities

  • Build, lead, and coach a high-performing local sales and business development team

  • Identify, pitch, and close strategic partnerships across PSPs, MTOs, financial institutions, and corporates

  • Expand corridor usage through new client acquisition and upselling to existing partners

  • Surface innovative use cases and market opportunities through deep regional understanding

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure solutions are market-fit and compliant

  • Represent the company at key industry forums and maintain strong commercial intelligence

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of experience in enterprise sales, partnership development, or commercial roles within fintech, cross-border payments, or financial institutions

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding regional revenue targets

  • Familiar with the regulatory and competitive landscape in Southeast Asian markets

  • Experience leading teams and managing complex, multi-market sales cycles

  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
