Orca AI is seeking a Regional Sales Director in Singapore to play a critical role in expanding our reach in a critical market.

What will you do?

  1. Land new customers and meet aggressive sales targets
  2. Create sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
  3. Design, implement and execute strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence
  4. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  5. Constantly expand the pipeline by actively looking for new opportunities and convert them to deals
  6. Present realistic sales and revenue forecasts to the management team

Requirements

  1. 6+ years of successful experience as a B2B Enterprise Sales Executive in the technology field
  2. Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  3. Strong Hunter Personality
  4. Strong end-to-end sales experience and sales process optimization
  5. Executive-level negotiating skills
  6. Strong experience using Salesforce.com, Outreach.io, and other sales tools/products to drive productivity
  7. Agile - you thrive in a start-up and dynamic environment
  8. Excellent at time management and organization
  9. Excellent communication, teamwork, and people management skills
  10. Ability to travel frequently
  11. Experience in the Maritime Industry is a big plus!
