Your Role:
  • Provide application support to the sales team and distribution channels in SEA.
  • Responsible for sales growth within the distribution channels.
  • Plan and achieve monthly sales targets and overall sales objectives for the distribution channels, focusing on Vietnam, Indonesia, and the Philippines.
  • Expand the customer base by identifying and acquiring new clients, while managing existing distribution accounts.
  • Present and promote products with comprehensive product knowledge to partners and end-users, with a preference for leak detection and turbopumps.
  • Engage with clients through meetings to drive sales and provide technical support, including retrofitting obsolete models with new ones.
  • Collaborate with management to analyze business performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement action plans.
To Succeed, you will need:
  • A minimum diploma or degree in Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in vacuum industries, preferably with high vacuum experience and PLC interfaces.
  • Willingness to travel within the ASEAN region at least once a month.
  • Confidence in conducting technical training sessions and presentations for partners and customers.
  • A solution-oriented mindset and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and effective time management.
  • A strong sales attitude and willingness to support the sales team.
