Due to an internal promotion, there is now an opportunity for an experienced rewards manager to join their compensation and benefits partnering team to lead the rewards initiatives for the region.
Job Description
As the regional lead for rewards, this senior individual will interact with business stakeholders and HR leaders, working in collaboration with global teams as an internal subject matter on rewards element and programs aligned with macroeconomic perspectives. The company is in the quest for driving innovation and sustainability, and this position will be in a visible position to work on global projects to improve programs (such as on flexible benefits on well-being initiatives) to sharpen the competitiveness of their employees value propositions.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will have regional (or global experiences) operating as an experienced manager in progressive MNC or consulting environment. Able to influence effectively in a matrix structure and culturally sensitive to an international community with ability to rapidly understand the connection between business agenda and macroeconomics context, providing commercial solutions to make decisions for the benefit of overall organisation.
