As a Regional Revenue Manager, we rely on you to:

  1. Assist in developing pricing models, forecasting revenue goals, and implementing effective revenue management plans to increase hotel revenue and profitability.
  2. Evaluate hotel performance goals and put relevant revenue management strategies in place to set profitable rates.
  3. Drive results to maximise revenue, market share, and profits for our hotels by monitoring key leading indicators of hotel performance and external intelligence sources.
  4. Ensure hotel strategies are consistent with demand factors, promote integrity, and protect long-term customer value through effective management of rate levels, stay restrictions, and other tactics across channels.
  5. Conduct rate audits to ensure responsible distribution across authorized channels.
  6. Establish a sense of urgency with the hotels' RO team to understand their needs to close business gaps promptly.
  7. Collaborate and evaluate potential partnerships with the marketing team to manage the funnel from awareness phase to purchase.
  8. Identify opportunities and lead projects to drive incremental revenue initiatives across a portfolio of hotels.
  9. Analyse data and evaluate segment mix, room type demand, channel production, and feeder markets, recognizing trends and patterns.
  10. Benchmark performance against market and convert to clear & concise result-oriented action plans.
  11. Prepare weekly and monthly reports, visual-aid presentations.

We Are Looking For Someone Who Has:

  1. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in revenue management.
  2. Bachelor’s degree preferred with a focus in Economics, Business, Finance, or Statistics.
  3. Experience using hotel industry or travel industry RMS, PMS systems is a plus.
  4. Effective written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
  5. Ability to take initiative to identify, prioritize and implement strategies.
  6. Good analytical skills and ability to translate and present metrics into actionable proposals.
  7. Highly proficient in Excel; experience with business intelligence/reporting tools to pull data and reports.
  8. Good project/time management and organizational skills.
