You’ll join a technically driven team with deep expertise in engineering execution, international project delivery, and operational excellence. With a growing pipeline of regional projects, this is an exciting opportunity for engineers ready to take ownership of end-to-end project execution across diverse marine environments.
Regional Project Engineers to support the execution of major marine and geotechnical infrastructure projects.
Ideal for professionals with practical experience in dredging, reclamation, shoreline development, or coastal construction, this role offers both on-site exposure and office-based technical involvement.
Base location: Singapore (office-based during off-deployment periods)
Project-based overseas travel with structured rest periods between deployments
All travel, accommodation, and meals fully covered during site assignments
Competitive base salary + generous overseas project allowances
Support on-site execution of dredging, reclamation, and marine infrastructure projects
Coordinate between contractors, consultants, and internal teams for project delivery
Contribute to technical planning, method statements, and resource preparation
Monitor project timelines, site progress, and technical compliance
Assist in QA/QC, safety implementation, and environmental monitoring
Conduct site inspections and support real-time problem-solving
Provide feedback and improvements to design and construction methodology
Prepare progress reports and assist in client/stakeholder updates
Degree in Civil, Marine, Coastal Engineering, or related field
Minimum 3 years’ project experience in marine, dredging, reclamation, or geotechnical works
Familiar with sand filling, shoreline protection, and coastal infrastructure
Practical knowledge of dredging equipment, reclamation techniques, and soil behavior
Willingness to rotate between overseas sites and the Singapore head office
