The Job:

• Analyze market trends and customer insights to shape product strategy and enhancements
• Collaborate with R&D to develop practical, market-ready packaging solutions
• Support go-to-market activities, including product positioning and promotions
• Coordinate with HQ on product feasibility, design, and global standards
• Provide product knowledge, training, and support to regional sales teams

The Talents:

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Science, or relevant discipline
