Team Introduction As part of the Monetization Product, the SMB Growth Guidance team is positioned to help SMB customers grow with TikTok through personalized, actionable, and effective guidance. We're seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to drive the strategy and operation work of the Guidnace product team.
This role will work with the product, sales department, and other cross-functional teams to build something new and scale it quickly. The right candidate will be excited about creating from scratch and thrives in dynamic, and often ambiguous environments. Responsibilities:
- Lead APAC comprehensive market research efforts, combining quantitative data analysis and qualitative user feedback to identify pain points and blockers. Translate these insights into actionable product solutions across multiple touchpoints. - Drive operational excellence by prioritizing product features and initiatives, developing clear communications and marketing materials, and designing strategic growth plans with well-defined success metrics to drive product adoption
- Serve as the project manager for assigned projects, orchestrating cross-functional collaboration, and guiding teams with data-driven insights to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions - Monitor, measure, and analyze the impact of initiatives against key performance indicators, and continuously optimize strategies based on findings.
