Job description

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Product Launch Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement region-specific product launch strategies for hospitals and healthcare providers. Plan and execute marketing campaigns to ensure product visibility, adoption, and market penetration. Collaborate with the national marketing team to align regional strategies with organizational goals.
  2. Stakeholder Management: Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at hospitals (administrators, procurement heads, doctors, etc.). Organize and lead meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase value propositions.
  3. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, competitive benchmarks, and customer insights. Gather feedback from hospitals and other healthcare partners to refine product positioning and strategies.
  4. Collaboration with Sales Teams: Work closely with the regional sales team to provide marketing support, tools, and materials. Coordinate with sales leadership to track product adoption and achieve growth targets.
  5. Brand Awareness and Promotions: Organize CMEs, workshops, conferences, and events to enhance brand presence. Develop hospital-specific marketing collateral and promotional materials.
  6. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track KPIs, analyze performance, and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement. Prepare regular reports on regional progress and outcomes.

This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including Provident Fund. The work schedule is during day and morning shifts, with a yearly bonus. The required experience is a total of 6 years. The job location is on the road, with an expected start date of 19/12/2024.
