Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with regional sales companies to meet sales targets and overall business objectives.
  • Monitor sell-in, sell-out, and sell-through performance across regions to maintain healthy sales momentum and optimal inventory levels.
  • Track and analyze market activities, competitive landscape, and market share data to develop effective marketing strategies.
  • Conduct market research and translate consumer insights and technology trends into strategic business decisions.
  • Understand consumer needs and behaviour to identify suitable products and services for various market segments, influencing the long-term product roadmap.
  • Lead new product launches, including developing product and pricing strategies, coordinating product training, and implementing impactful go-to-market communication plans.
  • Plan and execute marketing initiatives with a strong focus on ROI and business impact.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from pre-launch preparation to end-of-life strategy.
  • Continuously refine pricing strategies based on market conditions, internal performance, and competitive dynamics.
  • Design and implement effective go-to-market strategies to help regional sales teams achieve their sales and growth targets.
