Job summary

A leading health technology company in Singapore is looking for a Regional Planner APAC to manage supply chain operations and ensure parts availability. You will collaborate with regional teams and work on demand forecasting while improving processes within the supply chain. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Supply Chain and 5-8 years of relevant experience, preferably in the healthcare sector. This role requires onsite work at least 3 days a week and offers a chance to make a meaningful impact in healthcare.

Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of experience in Supply Chain operations, preferably in an international environment.
  • Experience in Customer Service and Healthcare industry is preferred.
  • Experience with LEAN methodologies is preferred.

Job Description

Join the Regional Service Parts Fulfillment team within the Service Parts Supply Chain (SPS) organization. Our goal is to ensure healthcare equipment operates reliably by providing the right parts at the right time and place.

Responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with SPS regional teams and other disciplines to ensure parts availability
  • Managing demand forecasting and stock target setting
  • Using planning tools to update and validate parts planning
  • Analyzing stock-outs and material availability issues to implement corrective actions
  • Representing SPS Planning in regional meetings
  • Handling escalations regarding customer service levels
  • Managing regional inventory and collaborating on market-managed inventory
  • Participating in projects to improve SPS processes

Qualifications:

  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related fields
  • 5-8 years of experience in Supply Chain operations, preferably in an international environment
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with decision-making abilities
  • Experience with Supply Chain Planning tools (SPM preferred)
  • Proficiency in SAP ERP systems
  • Experience in Customer Service and Healthcare industry (preferred)
  • Creative problem-solving skills and experience with LEAN methodologies (preferred)

Additional Information:

  • Minimum education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Economics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields
  • Work environment: Onsite at least 3 days/week; full-time in facilities for onsite roles; field roles often outside main facilities
