A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Payroll Specialist to handle payroll processing and related tasks. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years' experience in regional payroll across various countries and familiarity with SAP and Easy Pay software. Qualifications

• At least 3 years of regional payroll experience.
• Experience with payroll in Australia, Korea, Indonesia, Japan, Thailand, Vietnam, etc.

Responsibilities

• Handle payroll processing.
• Process volume rebate and commission.
• Maintain volume rebate and commission contracts.
• Update master file with contractual party, product, and tier rates.
• Handle SAP accrual of volume rebate and commission.
• Manage drop shipment orders.
• Conduct month-end closing activities.
• Assist in budget preparation.
• Handle government surveys.

• Working Days & Hours: 8.15am - 5pm (Mon - Fri)

• 1 Day WFH Per Week

• Basic Salary : $3,500 - $4,400 + Bonus

• Pick Up Transport at Jurong East MRT & Bouna Vista MRT, Singapore

• Office at Penjuru Area, Singapore

• Transport Allowance: $10 Per Working Day

Requirements:

1. At least 3 years of regional payroll experience. [ Australia, Korean, Indonesia, Japan, Thailand, Vietnam and so on.]

2. Familiar with SAP and Easy Pay Software

• Update master file such as contractual party, product and different tier % rates

• Handle SAP accrual of volume rebate and commission

• Handle drop shipment orders
