Job summary

A leading company in Singapore is seeking an HR Executive to manage regional payroll across various countries. Responsibilities include processing payroll, coordinating performance appraisals, and handling HR documentation. The ideal candidate should possess a diploma or degree in Human Resource and relevant experience.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource or equivalent.
  • Experience in performing payroll and documentation.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, including vlookup, pivot table.

Responsibilities

  • Process monthly payroll including statutory contribution and taxation reporting.
  • Coordinate and support in group level performance appraisal, annual increment and bonus review exercise.
  • Prepare payroll-related reports and assist in audit inquiries.

Job description

HR Executive

  • Regional payroll: Malaysia, Thailand, China, Taiwan , Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam

  • S$3,000 – S$4,000 basic + variable bonus

  • 5 Days work week, Mon – Fri, 8:30AM – 5:30PM

The Responsibilities

  • Process monthly payroll including statutory contribution and taxation reporting.

  • Comprehend with all entities payroll structures and processes including social contribution except SG

  • Submission of government claims (NS Makeup claim, childcare leave, maternity benefit, paternity leave, shared parental leave, training grant, etc)

  • Coordinate and support in group level performance appraisal, annual increment and bonus review exercise

  • Perform letter generation for annual merit increment and bonuses payout

  • Perform time attendance and leave management system

  • Administer Insurance & WICA matters

  • Employees record creation and maintenance in HRMS

  • Prepare payroll-related reports and other ad-hoc reports as and when assigned

  • Assist in audit inquiries

  • Stand-in for admin role when required

  • Support on all HR transactional/operations as and when assigned

The Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource or equivalent

  • Experience in performing payroll and documentation

  • Experience in Info-Tech System

  • Taxation submission including working with overseas colleagues

  • Experience in production/manufacturing environment is preferred

  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel i.e. vlookup, pivot table, etc.
