Job Description:
Our client is a prominent real estate developer with a diverse portfolio spanning residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties across Asia. With a strong pipeline of projects and operational assets, our client is looking to hire a dynamic Regional Operations Lead to oversee and optimize operational performance across key markets. This person will be responsible for driving operational excellence, streamlining processes, and ensuring the successful delivery and performance of development projects and property assets across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee regional operations including project delivery, property management, vendor management, and operational efficiency
- Partner with development, finance, asset management, and legal teams to ensure alignment on project and operational objectives
- Monitor progress and performance of ongoing developments, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets are met
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery, cost control, and regulatory compliance across sites
- Manage operational risks and develop mitigation plans across regional assets and projects
- Implement consistent operational frameworks, KPIs, and reporting standards across countries or business units
- Support strategic planning and decision-making for new projects, acquisitions, or operational expansions
Lead, coach, and build high-performing regional operations teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate operations, property development, or construction management, with at least 3–5 years in a regional role
- Strong knowledge of the real estate market, operational compliance, and asset lifecycle management
- Proven track record in overseeing large-scale property developments and/or portfolios across multiple geographies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-cultural stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Willingness to travel regionally as required
