Responsibilities:

• Develop tactical plans to drive sites across the region

• Drive consistency of service across sites, ensuring setting of clear expectations for relevant service KPIs, and maximizing the use of data to create visibility

• Development and implementation of strategies to increase bench strength in the Operations domain.

• Ensure a safe and healthy working environment for employees as well as contractors/service providers.

• Operations and Service Excellence

• Develop and implement programs to enhance competency in operations

• Continuous improvement to ensure a high level of operational discipline

• Project Development

• Represent the division in order to contribute to the organization image and represent its interests before relevant stakeholders

Requirements:
