A.Menarini Asia Pacific Holdings Pte Ltd is seeking a motivated Medical Affairs Intern in Singapore to support the Asia-Pacific Medical Affairs team. The internship offers exposure to regional medical operations, governance, medical excellence initiatives, and digital projects across multiple APAC markets.

The intern will work closely with regional and country Medical Affairs teams, gaining hands-on experience in pharmaceutical medical affairs, project management, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy/Life Sciences/Biomedical Sciences/Biotechnology or related studies in Singapore
  • Strong interest in Pharmaceutical Medical Affairs and Healthcare
  • Excellent organizational and project coordination skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) & AI tool
  • Familiarity with digital tools, databases, or CRM platforms is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural regional environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop dashboards and support management and tracking of Medical Activities, Studies, Publication & Medical Grants across APAC
  • Develop and maintain a centralized APAC Medical Affairs repository and shared drive structure to improve document management and accessibility across countries
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and projects that enhance Medical Affairs effectiveness
  • Support Medical Affairs governance and compliance activities
  • Support administration and maintenance of Medical Affairs digital platforms including Medical CRM, M-Engage, and MIE
  • Support implementation and adoption of digital innovation initiatives and global Medical Affairs tools
  • Participate in regional projects aimed at improving Medical Affairs capabilities and efficiency
  • Help identify opportunities to streamline processes through digital solutions

SUMMARY POSITION

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Medical Affairs Intern to support the Asia-Pacific Medical Affairs team. This internship offers exposure to regional medical operations, governance, medical excellence initiatives, and digital projects across multiple APAC markets.

The intern will work closely with regional and country Medical Affairs teams, gaining hands-on experience in pharmaceutical medical affairs, project management, and operational excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop dashboards.& support management and tracking of Medical Activities, Studies, Publication & Medical Grants across APAC
  • Develop and maintain a centralized APAC Medical Affairs repository and shared drive structure to improve document management, knowledge sharing, and accessibility across countries.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives & projects that enhance Medical Affairs effectiveness
  • Support Medical Affairs governance and compliance activities
