Summary:

The Regional Marketing Specialist – Asia Pacific is a vital role focused on driving localised marketing strategies and executing impactful field marketing initiatives across the Asia Pacific region. This position collaborates closely with the Regional Sales & Marketing Director, Sales teams, and Global Marketing team to enhance customer engagement and accelerate pipeline growth. We are looking for a proactive candidate with a strong background in field marketing, particularly in a Business to Business environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop regional field marketing strategies: Collaborate with the Marketing Director to design and execute a comprehensive field marketing plan that aligns with the Asia Pacific business objectives.

  • Execute local marketing initiatives: Lead the implementation of field marketing tactics such as regional events, trade shows, webinars, and localised promotional campaigns. Work closely with field sales teams to ensure alignment and maximise impact in the target markets.

  • Budget management: Oversee the field marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and tracking of expenditures to optimise return on investment for all regional initiatives.

  • Key Performance Indicator monitoring and reporting: Monitor results and provide regular reports on campaign performance. Analyse effectiveness and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights and local market feedback.

  • Stakeholder collaboration: Partner with local sales teams to understand market needs and leverage global marketing assets for field execution. Facilitate communication between sales and marketing to ensure alignment and support for regional goals.

  • Lead generation and nurturing: Develop and manage lead generation campaigns, utilising email marketing, digital marketing, and social media to nurture prospects and drive attendance at events.

  • Content development for field use: Collaborate with the content team to create localised marketing materials, presentations, and collateral that resonate with the target audience and support sales efforts.

  • Field event coordination: Plan and coordinate regional events, including logistics, vendor management, and on-the-ground execution, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees and alignment with marketing objectives.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of field marketing experience with a proven track record in executing successful marketing campaigns and managing stakeholder relationships.

  • Prior experience in Business to Business marketing, preferably within the healthcare or logistics sectors.

Minimum Skills, Knowledge, and Ability Requirements:

  • Field marketing expertise: Demonstrated experience in field marketing roles with a strong understanding of how to drive engagement through local initiatives and events.

  • Customer Relationship Management and marketing automation: Proficient in using Customer Relationship Management platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation tools (e.g., Pardot) to track leads and campaign performance.

  • Analytical skills: Strong analytical abilities to assess the effectiveness of field marketing initiatives, using data to inform decisions and optimise strategies.

  • Event coordination skills: Proven experience in planning and executing successful field events, trade shows, and other customer engagement activities.

  • Stakeholder management: Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and present ideas to senior leaders in a matrix organisation.

  • Digital marketing skills: Familiarity with digital marketing tools and strategies, including Search Engine Optimisation, Pay-Per-Click, social media marketing, and email campaigns.

  • Organisational and communication skills: Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

  • Language proficiency: Fluency in English is required.
