Strategic Brand & Campaign Development
Lead the development and execution of regional marketing strategies that align with the global brand vision while resonating with SEA audiences.
Deliver locally relevant campaign assets and narratives that capture the brand spirit and boost market presence.
Strengthen brand differentiation with engaging, culturally relevant storytelling.
Align messaging across teams to support key product launches and milestones.
Performance-Driven Budget & Media Execution
Own and optimize the marketing budget across diverse channels and markets.
Lead full-funnel media planning to support both brand awareness and conversion goals.
Monitor campaign performance in real-time, adjusting strategy to ensure ROI and customer growth.
Audience Growth & Brand Advocacy
Use data-driven insights to design compelling campaigns that attract and retain customers.
Lead initiatives focused on brand relevance, customer acquisition, and emotional connection.
Pioneer new ideas across social, digital, and experiential platforms.
Public Relations Leadership
Align regional public relations with global brand messaging to enhance visibility and media presence.
Strengthen relationships with press, influencers, and key opinion leaders.
Oversee agency partnerships to ensure consistent, high-impact brand coverage.
Retail Engagement & Customer Experience
Design and implement retail marketing strategies grounded in consumer insights.
Lead CRM initiatives that unlock loyalty and drive repeat engagement—both in-store and online.
Analyze promotional efforts and customer behavior to continuously refine outreach.
Relevant Bachelors' degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent required.
8+ years in marketing, with a preference for global fashion or beauty brands.
Proven ability to manage projects, lead cross-functional collaboration, and solve creatively.
Excellent communication, attention to detail, and project management skills.
Strong analytical mindset with an understanding of market trends and data storytelling.
Ability to lead and develop talent, navigate complexity, and deliver results under pressure.
