We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Market Development & Growth Manager with a deep understanding of the Korean market to join our team at Workato. As a Market Development & Growth Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business in the Korean market. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies as part of the Go-to-market team and taking ownership of market growth initiatives.
You will be responsible for:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proficiency in English and Korean, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages as you will be working with both English and Korean speaking clients.
5+ years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
Strong understanding of the Korean market, culture, and business practices.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.
Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
