Responsibilities:
This role is responsible for overall management of digital freight forwarding product (software platform)in Southeast Asia region. Besides working closely with the key stakeholders to support effective execution and achievement of commercial target, she/he will also focus on overall marketing activities of the product and driving continuous improvement in terms of feature enhancement, operation excellence and customer experience to create a high quality of digital freight-forwarding platform.
Feature Development
- Define regional product development roadmap and work with Head Quarter to identify feature prioritization plan.
- Lead the UAT test and prepare training material for internal and external users.
- Track system performance through regular follow up and assist to address user’s enquiries or feedback.
- Drive and execute relevant digital freight-forwarding product projects for Southeast Asia region e.g. Small Forwarding Feature
Implementation and Training
- Establish execution plan by converting customers’ requirement from off-line freight operation to our digital freight forwarding platform.
- Provide training to stakeholders in sales and operation team, including product demonstration.
- Collaborate with HQ teams and Commercial team to ensure smooth implementation process.
- Marketing / Promotion plan and Content management
- Lead and manage Southeast Asia region's marketing activities that aligned with the Company goals within the budget allocation.
- Work with Head Quarter team to create marketing strategies with the key focus to enhance digital platform branding awareness to potential customers across the region.
- Execute product promotion roadmap for Southeast Asia region, which includes plan and participate in Logistics related events.
- Manage website content creation specialized for Southeast Asia countries to attract more targeted audiences.
Marketing planning and budget management.
- Plan marketing events, produce PR / marketing materials.
Customer Experience and Operation Excellence
- Provide analytical insight such as funnel matrix analysis, users’ experience optimization analysis and identify improvement plan to further enhance users’ experience.
- Establish customer support and engagement related matrix, measure and monitor actual performance to drive for higher customer satisfaction and acquisition rate.
- Map the existing operation process to digital freight forwarding platform, and provide guidelines for operation team.
- Conduct regular customer net promotor score survey to collect customer feedback, identify gap and work out corrective and preventive action plan.
Support Execution and Annual Commercial Target Achievement
- Manage and monitor the sign up/ registration and usage/ booking of our digital platform in order to achieve annual KPI for users/ clients.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:[Must]
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in promoting or marketing digital solutions in and freight forwarding/ logistics company, preferably within Southeast Asia.
- Strong understanding of digital freight forwarding platforms and logistics operations.
- Ability to provide data-driven insights on user experience and customer journey.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working across HQ, commercial, and operational teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience in conducting product training.
- Self-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple responsibilities across product, marketing, and operations.
- Multicultural mind-set, able to collaborate with diversified team.
