As a Regional Marketing Manager, you will be leading regional marketing efforts by crafting and executing strategies that connect product capabilities with customer needs, enhance brand recognition, and support sales growth. The role also encompasses building strategic partnerships, overseeing corporate branding, and managing communications and events to strengthen the company's presence in the market

The Talent

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Information, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a marketing role with a strong focus on developing and executing regional marketing strategies aligned to business goals.
  • Experience in the data centre industry is advantageous but not essential.
  • Familiarity with the data centre ecosystem in Singapore and the broader regional market.
  • A proven history of crafting impactful marketing strategies, increasing brand recognition, and delivering successful marketing campaigns and events.
  • Strong aptitude for rapidly understanding new product offerings, driving targeted lead generation initiatives, and formulating practical solutions to enhance market presence and revenue growth.
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, including email marketing platforms and social media channels.
  • Ability to identify and relate to customer business challenges and align solutions accordingly.
  • Capable of effectively prioritizing high-impact activities that directly support core business objectives

The Job

  • Develop and update regional marketing strategies, GTM plans, and annual marketing roadmaps in line with evolving business needs.
  • Conduct comprehensive market assessments (e.g. SWOT, competitor analysis, market trends) to shape strategy.
  • Set measurable marketing objectives (e.g. brand growth, lead generation, customer retention)
  • Define key customer segments using segmentation and positioning frameworks
  • Identify and prioritize high-impact marketing programs that align with brand positioning and competitive landscape.
  • Create actionable marketing plans with defined tactics, responsibilities, performance benchmarks, and ROI tracking.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to align go-to-market strategies with business goals.
  • Lead planning and execution of product launches, including market targeting, competitor assessment, messaging, pricing, and marketing activities.
  • Shape the growth strategy for product and service portfolios to increase market share and brand influence.
  • Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to support product development or enhancement.
  • Conduct internal enablement sessions to share market knowledge with cross-functional teams.
  • Partner with Sales to ensure marketing efforts support revenue and margin goals.
  • Track GTM speed and success for new offerings.
  • Monitor and report marketing performance against KPIs
  • Drive lead generation through initiatives like outreach campaigns and participation in trade events.
  • Manage digital and print marketing materials, online presence, and multimedia production (e.g., corporate videos, event recaps).
  • Qualify marketing-generated leads (MQLs) before handing over to Sales for further engagement.
  • Plan and coordinate internal and external corporate events (e.g., Townhalls, staff celebrations, company trips), including logistics, presentations, and visual content.
  • Manage public relations activities through agencies to enhance corporate visibility and brand recognition across relevant media channels.
