Role Overview: Regional Marketing Manager in Asia Pacific

As a Regional Marketing Manager, you will be the driving force behind our growth strategy in the region. This is your chance to lead and own the business, making impactful decisions that elevate our brand and maximize results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing: Deeply understand a) customer needs across the value chain and b) competitive dynamics in the region; deploy best-in-class marketing capabilities to drive results
  • Strategy: Align regional strategy with global strategy to drive growth in the region
  • Innovation: Drive innovation programs and bring new solutions to market
  • Business results: Own and deliver against business commitments in the region
  • Leadership: Lead and influence regional team in-line with business objectives
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work across functions to build a winning team culture

Desired Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of sales and marketing experience, with a strong preference for roles in the Asia Pacific region
  • Proven track record driving business results and managing marketing operations
  • People leadership experience
  • Demonstrated success in working in diverse, cross functional teams
  • Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time
