Responsibilities:
- Develop multi-channel, scalable activation strategies and go-to-market plans to grow the pipeline for small and medium businesses in Philippines, driving new cash-activated accounts and revenue growth in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Design, oversee, and execute marketing campaign solutions in close collaboration with cross-functional partners including Sales, Marketing Solutions, Growth, Product, Vendors, Online Shops, and external partners to drive demand for Company for Business advertising solutions.
- Create compelling program narratives, content, and marketing assets tailored to market needs, leveraging insights to inform content strategies and timelines communicated to stakeholders.
- Lead the development and execution of full-funnel seasonal and evergreen campaigns (online and offline) targeting various audiences such as advertisers, agencies, and end users, including organizing events aligned with business goals.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies across digital platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance, provide reports on optimization opportunities, and share learnings for scaling across other campaigns or APAC regions.
- Manage the execution of campaign and content strategies through third-party vendors and agencies.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of B2B marketing experience for Small & Medium Businesses in the Philippines, preferably with experience across APAC markets.
- Proficiency in Tagalog is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of digital advertising, media sales, and marketing processes, with an understanding of Company’s Business advertising solutions preferred.
- Experience with e-Commerce platforms and marketing processes.
- Proven success in digital marketing strategies, including email, messaging, organic and paid media, and lead management.
- Experience working in high-growth tech companies or consulting environments.
- Excellent organization and project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
- Quick learner with good judgment, adaptability, and ability to thrive in ambiguity.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data.
- Commercial mindset with a track record of achieving performance goals.
- Ability to independently lead projects from ideation to execution.
- Creativity and market trend awareness to develop impactful strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of influencing and managing virtual teams and partners.
