Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategically aligned marketing plan grounded in customer and market insights.
- Lead all marketing efforts for the Food / FMCG segment, working closely with the Global Marketing team to ensure alignment.
- Plan and execute impactful digital and traditional marketing campaigns based on deep industry knowledge and market analysis.
- Define strategic priorities for participation in events and exhibitions to maximize brand visibility and ROI.
- Ensure high-quality positioning, messaging, storytelling, and development of marketing assets including online content, sales enablement tools, and collateral tailored to the Food / FMCG sector.
- Drive digital marketing initiatives and lead management processes to support commercial growth.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of customers’ purchasing behaviors and key buying criteria, as well as competitive positioning, to help differentiate company in target markets.
- Collaborate with the EVP and SMD of Food / FMCG on marketing activity and budget planning, serving as a trusted strategic partner in alignment with global marketing strategies.
- Develop and manage internal communications around new product introductions to ensure stakeholder alignment.
- Create and maintain effective commercial tools that support the sales process.
- Plan and lead product launches, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Continuously measure and evaluate the effectiveness and impact of marketing initiatives, using insights to optimize performance.
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of managerial experience in the FMCG industry
- Strong business acumen with a proven ability to run revenue-generating campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Demonstrated success in leading and managing teams, with strong interpersonal capabilities.
- Highly process-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Willing to travel across the APAC region as required.
