The Regional Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives across multiple Asian markets to drive brand awareness, product positioning, and sales support. This role will collaborate closely with local MDs & Country Managers, Sales teams, and Headquarters to align marketing efforts with business objectives. The ideal candidate is a proactive, hands-on marketer with strong B2B experience in the construction or industrial sector.

Marketing Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and implement regional marketing strategies to support business growth in key markets.
  • Create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, events, and public relations.
  • Lead product launches and promotional activities to enhance market penetration.
Brand Management & Awareness
  • Strengthen fischer’s brand positioning across Asia through targeted marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels.
  • Coordinate sourcing, procurement and distribution of marketing merchandise and promotional materials across Asia.
Digital & Content Marketing
  • Manage online presence, including the company website, social media, and digital advertising.
  • Drive SEO, SEM, and content marketing initiatives to improve brand visibility.
  • Develop localized marketing materials and technical content to support country teams.
Event & Trade Show Management
  • Plan and execute participation in key industry trade shows, conferences, and seminars.
  • Leverage events to generate leads and strengthen customer relationships.
Expand DIY channels
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand fischer’s DIY channels across Asia.
  • Identify market opportunities, build partnerships and tailor marketing approaches to local DIY consumer segments.
  • Oversee promotion of DIY solutions.
