Work closely with multiple sites in the Asia Pacific region to ensure consistent performance and promote excellence.
Monitor site performance for accurate forecasting and efficient production.
Identify and recommend improvements to processes and technology.
Support local plant managers and drive positive outcomes in production targets and cost reduction.
Ensure plants meet quality and CSR standards, and handle audit findings for certification.
The Talent:
Degree in Mechanical/Electronic/Manufacturing Engineering preferably from local university.
8 to 10 years of leadership experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, costing, and workforce management.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methods is a plus, along with ISO qualifications.
Strong leadership and team motivation skills.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Effective communication and collaboration across departments.
Proficient in Mandarin as it's essential for close coordination with counterparts in China.
Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.
