Job Summary

The Commercial Excellence Manager will drive strategic initiatives to enhance commercial performance across Southeast Asia. This role is responsible for optimizing sales force effectiveness, implementing data-driven decision-making tools, and supporting go-to-market strategies. The ideal candidate will be a cross-functional leader with strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, and a passion for driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Force Effectiveness & Enablement
  • Develop and implement tools and processes to improve sales productivity and efficiency.
  • Lead territory planning, segmentation, and targeting strategies.
  • Support sales training programs and performance tracking.
Commercial Strategy & Execution
  • Partner with country teams to align commercial strategies with regional goals.
  • Drive pricing excellence, margin optimization, and portfolio management initiatives.
  • Support launch planning and execution for new products.
Data Analytics & Business Insights
  • Design and deliver dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and business performance.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive intelligence to inform strategy.
  • Collaborate with finance and marketing to support forecasting and demand planning.
CRM & Digital Tools
  • Champion CRM adoption and usage across the commercial organization.
  • Identify and implement digital tools to support customer engagement and sales effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Regulatory teams to ensure commercial alignment.
  • Lead or support regional projects focused on commercial transformation and operational excellence.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial excellence, sales operations, or strategy roles.
  • Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals is highly desirable.
