Job Title: Regional Manager - Compensation & Benefits for India Team!

Key Responsibility:

Develop, manage and execute C&B strategies that fuel talent across India.

  • Design & Innovate: Build salary structures, incentive programs, and benefits offerings (health, retirement, wellness) that align with global standards while resonating locally.
  • Compliance: Ensure every policy meets Indian labor laws, tax regulations, and industry benchmarks
  • Lead with Data: Analyze market trends and compensation data to advise leadership with actionable, strategic insights.
  • Elevate Operations: Oversee annual reviews, bonuses, and benefits administration with precision and fairness.
  • Collaborate & Negotiate: Partner with HR teams across the region and manage vendor contracts to balance cost + quality.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years in C&B management (regional/global exposure is a plus!), plus a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related fields.
  • Mastery of compensation structures, benefits admin, and labor compliance, and the analytical chops to turn data into strategy.
  • Stellar communication, discretion with sensitive info.
  • Collaborate closely with the China and Taiwan teams on a regular basis
  • Commitment: Willingness to base in Chennai 200 days/year (accommodation provided) and travel frequently to China/Taiwan (travel allowances provided).
  • Schedule: Monday–Saturday (6 days/week), 8:30 AM–5:30 PM.
  • Frequent travel to China/Taiwan (allowances provided).
